DIAMO MATCH - Child Safety Standards

App: DIAMO MATCH (com.diamo.app) — Developer: DIAMO — Last updated: August 2, 2026

1. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

DIAMO MATCH has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation. Such content and behaviour are absolutely prohibited on our service. Any account involved is permanently banned without warning, and the material is preserved and reported to the competent authorities.

2. Adults only - 18+

DIAMO MATCH is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow minors on the service. Users declare their age at sign-up, the app is rated 18+ on Google Play, and we have enabled Google Play's option to block users identified as minors from finding, downloading or purchasing in the app. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we delete it immediately.

3. Identity verification

Before any user can send private messages, they must complete photo verification: three live selfies captured with the front camera in a fixed sequence, reviewed manually by our team against the profile photos. This deters fake and underage accounts and makes impersonation substantially harder.

4. In-app reporting and blocking

Every profile and conversation can be reported or blocked directly inside the app in a few taps, including reports relating to child safety. Reports reach our moderation queue and are reviewed by a human. We may examine the reported conversation and profile in order to investigate.

5. Enforcement

Confirmed violations result in immediate content removal and a permanent ban of the account. For child-safety violations there is no appeal and no second chance.

6. Reporting to authorities

We comply with all applicable child-safety laws. Where CSAE or CSAM is identified, we preserve the relevant evidence and report it to the competent regional and national authorities, and to recognised bodies such as NCMEC where applicable.

7. Designated contact

Questions or reports about our CSAE/CSAM prevention practices can be sent to: diamo.match@gmail.com

Users can also report child-safety concerns directly inside the app at any time.
