You must be at least 18 years old to use DIAMO. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you are not barred from using the service under the laws of your country. DIAMO is strictly for adults. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person, or maintain more than one account without our permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You must be honest about your identity. Impersonating another person, using someone else's photos or information, or creating fake or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate and permanent suspension. Misrepresenting your age, identity, or intentions is a serious violation of these Terms.
You agree to use DIAMO respectfully and lawfully. You will not harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users; post illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory content; solicit money or send spam; share false or fraudulent information; access accounts or data belonging to others; distribute malware; harvest personal data without consent; or endanger the safety of others. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban at our sole discretion.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, messages, profile information). By sharing content on DIAMO, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use that content solely for operating and providing the service. You are solely responsible for the content you share and confirm that you have the right to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Your safety matters to us, but you interact with other users at your own risk. DIAMO does not conduct criminal background checks on users. We cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any user. You agree to take reasonable precautions when communicating with or meeting other users, including meeting in public places and informing someone you trust. If you feel unsafe or encounter abusive behavior, use the in-app reporting and blocking tools.
DIAMO provides tools to report and block users. When you submit a report, you consent to our review of the relevant conversation history for the purpose of investigating the report and protecting our community. We may take action including removing content, suspending accounts, or permanently banning users. Bans may be temporary, permanent, or device-level for serious or repeated violations.
If your account is suspended or banned and you believe the decision was made in error, you may contact our support team to request a review. We will consider appeals in good faith, but we reserve the right to uphold our original decision at our sole discretion.
DIAMO may send you official messages through the "DIAMO Team" account, including announcements, warnings, and safety notices. These are one-way communications and part of the service.
DIAMO may offer premium features, virtual items, or subscriptions for purchase. All purchases are processed through the applicable app store. Prices and features may change. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. When you request deletion, your account and associated personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain information for a limited period. Some data may persist temporarily in backups before being fully erased.
You may stop using DIAMO and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use DIAMO ends immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination.
DIAMO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any matches or connections will result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIAMO and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including interactions with other users, whether online or offline.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by other means. Your continued use of DIAMO after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Morocco.
